Kathy Kruschwitz has passionately used her gifts of training and facilitation to support the potential of everyone to live out their God-given talents in service to others. She has worked for over 30 years providing executive leadership to non-profit and faith-based organizations. Recognizing the need to “be the change you wish to see in the world,” Kathy earned a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has sharpened her skills through the study of creative competencies with the Center for Creative Leadership.
In 2021 the International Association of Facilitators certified her as a Master Facilitator. She has contributed to the development of nationally recognized social/emotional curricula, and is a contributor to the Kettering Foundations’ book, Community Educators. Kathy currently is the owner of Meraki Consulting LLC and provides leadership coaching, training, technical assistance, and facilitation services to churches and nonprofit organizations. In addition, she serves the Baptist General Association of Virginia as the Program Director for AXIS Ministry Academy and Resource Network. Kathy has a blended family, and together with her husband Al, have 7 children and 11 grandchildren. She resides in Williamsburg, Virginia.
